BUPA Physiotherapy​

We are a provider for Bupa Physiotherapy and directly invoice for your treatments on your behalf.
Our BUPA provide number is 80014469.

Before your appointment:

Contact BUPA and request an authorisation number for treatment. Please note that if you have more than one area of the body requiring treatment, you will require two authorisation numbers

Each insurance policy is different and we advise you to ensure well-in-advance that your treatment is covered. Core LDN will not be held responsible for any fees your insurer does not cover

​Shortly after booking your BUPA initial assessment, you will receive an email asking you to complete a BUPA registration form including your BUPA membership number, pre-authorisation number and date of birth. This form must be completed and this information provided prior to attending your appointment. If it isn't then your physiotherapist may be unable to complete your consultation

If your Physiotherapist advises that further sessions are required, you will be required to contact your insurer and request a new authorisation number

BUPA contract Core LDN to provide Physiotherapy services only. Our other services including Pelvic Health, Pilates classes and massage are not currently recognised by private health insurers.

Our standard cancellation policy applies to all BUPA members

Other Insurance Providers​
Payment in full is required at the time of your treatment session. If required, we will provide you with an invoice for the appointment that can be used to reclaim fees directly from your private health insurer.
