With nearly 20 years of experience, Claire founded CORE LDN with a physiotherapy-led approach to movement, recovery and performance. Her deep understanding of how the body functions allows her to identify the root cause of pain and build lasting foundations for optimal health and wellbeing.

Passionate about treating the whole person, Claire combines expert manual therapy, acupuncture and injury rehabilitation with movement, Pilates and mindful practices to help clients move better, feel stronger and achieve long-term results.

As a mother and advocate for women’s health, Claire is passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Using physiotherapy-led Pilates, she empowers women to stay strong, confident and resilient—both physically and mentally—through every stage of motherhood.

Women’s Health Physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience specialising in pelvic health, pregnancy, postnatal care, menopause and pelvic floor rehabilitation.

Combining manual therapy, acupuncture, taping, tailored exercise prescription and specialist Pilates, she takes a holistic approach to helping women move well, recover confidently and feel their best.

As a mother of three, she brings both clinical expertise and genuine understanding to every stage of a woman’s health journey.

A lifelong sports enthusiast, she brings clinical expertise, energy and a genuine passion for helping people feel capable in their bodies.

She’s a fitness enthusiast who enjoys the gym, Pilates, long hikes and discovering new music.

Outside the studio, Sid enjoys practising martial arts and has a passion for film.

A Studio Unlike Any Other

More than just a place to exercise, CORE LDN has been carefully designed to help you slow down, focus and feel at ease. From the moment you walk through the door, every detail has been considered to create an environment where movement feels calm, recovery feels supported and wellbeing comes first.

Set within a beautifully restored former bank in East Sheen, the studio combines open, light-filled Pilates spaces with private treatment rooms tucked inside the original bank vaults—bringing together character, comfort and expert care under one roof.
